Returns and Refunds for the Online Toy Store
Returns are accepted. All returns must be shipped back within 30 days from the time of delivery of the item. All items must be shipped in original packaging. New items must be Packaged as original factory packaging. No exceptions. Full refund of the purchase price. All Return shipment is to be paid by the buyer.

Damages

All Damages incurred thru shipment need to be reported immediately! A Full refund or replacement of the item if possible will be issued. Pictures, images of the damaged item must be submitted for a Full Refund or Replacement to email: j.thomascollectibles7@gmail.com
